Once you’ve paid your $20 cover charge and settled into the Crazy Horse’s theater-style seats, however, a realization dawns: You’re in a pretty classy joint. The dancers are beautiful, their moves not too aggressive or over-the-top. The soles of your shoes don’t stick to the floor.
